		<description>Hi,

In your article you mention that is is possible to calibrate the meter for your camera with any 18% grey card.
Would it be possible for you to explain exactly how this is done?

Thank you,

		<description>Thank you for useful review/test!

In comparison to other Seconic Light meters this one has reflected light measurement function. Is this function useful? Did you see the difference for landscapes in comparison with in camera metering system?

You are writing &quot;Unlike the Gossen Spotmaster F you don’t get information shown in the finder...&quot; hovewer in Sekonic Brochure is picture with Spot Viewfinder and text &quot; Its large, bright viewfinder with diopter correction and full-information data display give you everything you need to make the right exposure decisions without having to take your eye from the eyepiece.&quot; Is it different model, L758DR?</description>

<description>Thanks very much for publishing this. I have a bit of a weakness for gadgets ............. provided they perform some useful function, aid productiviity, and the cost-benefit ratio is good.

I have liked the Sekonic 758D from &quot;day 1&quot; but have always been a little reluctant to purchase for the following reasons: I couldn&#039;t get any useful information of the kind you have published from Sekonic prior to purchase; the cost seemed nuts especially considering that they were charging extra for the calibration target which from many outlets also meant making a serperate special order; I also thought that for the price they should provide some VERY GOOD ready made profiles for download (they did initially, but for some reason withdrew them); I was a bit concerned as to workflow to set the whole calibration up (and your article addresses my concerns and it seems that even a man of your experience and with your equipment would have problems doing a full calibration); and finally, I was somewhat suscipicious as to whether or not such detailed calibration is necessary.

I also got to thinking that perhaps, one could purchase the new Sekonic Calibration Target and produce one&#039;s own calibration data (which of course you would have to write down and keep on hand in your kit bag) for use with one&#039;s existing meter.

Another thought that occured to me was whether such DIY data could be achieved with any meter and simply exposing a scene at various ISO and exposure settings.

I think it would be great if you prepared an article, offering step-by-step instructions and advice, for those of us who are on a low budget and lacking the technical knowlege so as to enable us to get some useful calibration data using our existing light meters.

Thank in advance.
